I am studying Occupational Therapy and am fascinated with how your spiritual life is integral to your wellbeing.

My faith
My Path
It's almost 20 years since I found my Christian faith and experienced a deep sense of how much God loves me. When I gave up trying to control everything, stopped worrying and started trusting, I was filled with a new hope and optimism and overwhelming sense of love for people. The gift of God's peace and guidance is something I could not live without.
I Believe
I believe in one God, the creator of heaven and earth. I believe in his son Jesus Christ who came to live a human life, here on earth. To teach us about how God created us to live and love each other. I believe Jesus died and then was resurrected, conquering death. It was the fathers plan to save us, his children from our own sinful nature and the curse of death and to restore us in a relationship with him. I believe he sent his spirit, the Holy Spirit to live in us and guide, advocate, inspire and comfort us. I read the Christian Bible. There are a number of versions and translations, I read the NIV, King James, The Message and The Passion Translation and am just starting to study the original Hebrew texts. The Bible Project & Nicky Gumball have some wonderful study plans.
